Emmette J. Saleeby graduated Cum Laude from the College of Charleston in 1986. He earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina in 1990. He has been qualified and admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the Injured Workers’ Advocates, which is a non-profit association of attorneys who are dedicated to protecting and advocating the rights and legal remedies for South Carolina workers who are victims of occupational injury or disease.
Mr. Saleeby has been representing injured and disabled people since 1991. He handles cases in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, worker’s compensation and Social Security Disability. He has successfully handled cases and appeals before the Social Security Administration and Administrative Law Judges, the South Carolina Worker’s Compensation Commission and the Supreme Court of South Carolina.
